The individual providing the data has the right to request from the Administrator access to the data concerning them, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The personal data provided is not transferred by the Administrator to third parties.

The Administrator retains personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the specified purposes, i.e., for the duration of the Administrator’s business activities.
